Gurgaon Movie Trailer: Check Out How B-Town Celebrities Reacted On Twitter

The noir thriller 'Gurgaon' is winning hearts all over the internet and is all set to hit the silver screen. Its trailer which was released today is being heavily applauded by the B-town celebrities who cannot help but share their reverence for the film on Twitter.

Anurag Kashyap took to Twitter and shared the trailer of 'Gurgaon'-

'Gurgaon' has been directed by Shankar Raman who is a National Film Award winner for cinematography. It stars Pankaj Tripathi, Ragini Khanna and Akshay Oberoi. We have all seen Pankaj Tripathi in famous movies like 'Gangs of Wasseypur' (Sultan), 'Fukrey' (Pandit Ji), among others.

'Gurgaon' trailer is intimidating and haunting to the core. It opens with Ragini in an unconscious state and Akshay spraying water on her. The scene dissolves and we know right away that there has been a wrong kidnapping and the father (being played by Pankaj Tripathi) is being blackmailed with two ransoms- 5 crore and 5 lakhs!

A couple of weeks ago, 'Gangs of Wasseypur' director Anurag Kashyap, had unveiled the 'Guragon' poster. He was quoted as saying- "I saw Gurgaon last year and for me, it is genuinely one of the best suspense thrillers I've seen in the longest time and it's in my list of best movies. The amount of tension the movie builds, it's not only engaging but it also has some incredible performances. It's worth watching."

Producer of 'Gurgaon', Ajay Rai, in an interview, had said- "Gurgaon is a noir thriller and a very special film for JAR Pictures. This is our fourth film to release after Liar's Dice, Killa, Nil Battey Sannata and the first film that we are releasing ourselves. We are really looking forward to the audiences' response."

'Gurgaon' is slated to release on August 04 in India. So far, its poster and trailer have been released and we are hoping to watch the film soon.
